PRESS RELEASE 3 July 2002 Lottery - Croydon South not getting fair deal says Ottaway Figures released by the House of Commons show that the Croydon South constituency had one of the lowest lottery grant sums of £1, 682,000. This contrasts with the average Parliamentary constituency receiving awards of a value of £15.7 million. Croydon Central received £8,089,000 and Croydon North received £9,834,000. Inner London Greenwich and Woolwich had the highest value of awards at £677,000,000. Richard Ottaway says:-
