Ottaway raises Kenley Pastures issue in House of Commons

Richard Ottaway, Conservative MP for Croydon South, yesterday raised the issue of property companies dividing up and selling on plots of green belt land. This was during the Third Reading of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Bill in the House of Commons to which Richard Ottaway had tabled an amendment. (see House of Commons Hansard)

Richard Ottaway said:

"My immediate concern has been the degradation and neglect of the land concerned. This is an important matter which was addressed in a non partisan way in the House of Commons yesterday. I was encouraged by the Minster's remarks and look forward to her final conclusions"
